針對平面媒體13日報導，中信金所屬的「新舞台」在前市長郝龍斌任內，被文化局文資審議委員會認定為文化景觀，需保留原址，中信金不滿決議侵犯人民財產權提出訴願，北市訴願審議委員會本月4日推翻前朝決定，認為文化局沒有法源依據，柯P今日對此回應表示，訴願委員會的人馬還沒改選，還是郝時代留下來的人。
打算遷址南港的中信金，想讓北市松壽路的中信總部大樓連同一旁的新舞台一併出售，但卻在郝市府時代遭文資委認定為文化景觀，需原址保留，中信金不滿北市府用行政裁量權侵害企業財產，提出訴願，在柯文哲上任後的本月4日，訴願委推翻文資委的處分，認為文資委沒有法源依據。
此舉遭外界質疑，是否又是繼「5大案」後，又一柯市府推翻郝市府的作為？柯文哲13日對此表示，委員會的運作還是有他的專業，所以文資委90天內再去想想看要怎麼去運用。依程序，文化局可以在90天內重新送交文資委審議，再去認定是否具有文資保存價值。
柯說，外界不要以為市長會把手伸進每一個委員會去操作，他再次強調，訴願委員會還是滿獨立運作的。柯P還說，後來市府有去查過，訴願委員會在他上任後還沒改選，還是郝龍斌時代留下來的人馬。
